Here are my others healthy hard drives and the WD or the X drive is just a hard drive I pulled from my dads old broken HP computer and I was surprised to find a WD drive and right now it's still in mint condition and no caution warnings even with more hours than my Seagate drive. So should I have anything to worry about with that drive because it holds a lot of information about 500GB worth of information or is this normal for the drive life expectancy? I'm no expert on HDD but any word would be great help or relief! I use it for extra storage as the new slimmer 1TB has faster read and writes so I used it for my OS. Caution is the belief of the author (of CrystalDiskInfo) that the drive warrants extra attention/supervision based on certain parameters. For example any (even 1) pending or reallocated sectors will cause the drive to show health status caution when using this software. The drive that had the caution was the older one as you can see in the picture below it has a good amount of hours to it.
